Lashes

 

How long do Femme Beauty Faux Mink Luxury Lashes last?

- With care, our lashes can last up to 10 uses. Some tips for long lasting falsies include: Applying and handling carefully, not allowing mascara and makeup to build up on them, cleaning with oil free makeup remover and a Q-tip, storing in the lash case provided.

I'm struggling to know which lashes will suit my eye shape?

- Kindly contact us on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp and we can recommend which lashes to use and how to apply them.

I have never applied lashes before - how do I apply?

1. Carefully remove the lash from the lash tray, femme beauty lashes should be handled with care.

2. Measure the strip against your eyelid and trim off the excess if needed.

3. Apply lash glue sparingly and wait for 30 seconds until the glue gets sticky before applying. The lash will slide around if fully wet. We recommend using 'Duo Glue' for a secure lash.

4. A femme beauty tip: wiggle your lash into a tight U-shape, this prevents the lash from lifting at the ends when first applying.

5. Applying the lash to the eye line is always the hardest part, but don't be discouraged. We suggest glancing downwards into a mirror and placing the centre of the lash down first, then adjusting each end of the lash to fit in place. Never fully close your eye as this changes the shape of your eye. 

6. Another femme beauty tip: use our specially made 'Pinch me' lash tweezers to apply the lash, its much easier than using your hands and gives a much more precise application. Also using our handheld mirror makes the process even easier as you can see up close what you're doing whilst glancing downwards. 

7. Eyeliner is optional, this can be used to further blend the false lash into the lash line and camouflage the lash band.

8. Now you're ready to go be your beautiful self, with an amazing pair of luxury lashes.

Do Femme Beauty lashes include glue?

- At present glue is sold separately. We have teamed up with the world renowned brand DUO to offer you a safe and quality adhesive. The glue has a long shelf life which is displayed on the packaging and can be used multiple times for secure lash application. 

 

Store

I'm getting an error message at checkout 'Your cart has been updated and the items you added can't be shipped to your address. Remove the items to complete your order'

- This unfortunately means that one or more items in your cart are sold out for your country/location, however this hasn't been reflected on the home page as customers in different countries can still purchase. 

Kindly remove the item from the cart to be able to proceed with the remainder of your purchase or contact our customer service on WhatsApp or email: femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com and we can let you know which item is out of stock for you to remove and proceed.

On the chance that we have this item in stock in a different location, we may be able to ship it for you - please contact us to find out and we will try our best to arrange this.

We plan to restock as soon as possible, so if any items are out of stock, please check our socials and store to be notified of any product re-stocks.

At the bottom of our webpage you will see the currencies and languages that you are able to view our website in. All currency conversions will be made at checkout.

 

Orders

 

What happens after my order is placed?

Thanks for purchasing from our small business and becoming a Femme Beauty Babe! Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number and a confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order details. (Keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for this too, as sometimes the email is sent here).

A further email will then be sent as soon as you parcel full of Femme Beauty goodies has been handed over to Royal Mail/Delivery Personnel. You may also receive an email and/or text message from Royal Mail with further details regarding your delivery or from us if we have further information for you.

My order hasn't arrived?

Standard Delivery orders typically take between 2-4 working days to arrive, However in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after 7 working days* - Please reach out to us on femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com and we can look into this further for you!

*Please note that this does not apply to International Delivery, which is an approx 7-10 working day service. Please allow a further few working days for any customs assessments to be undertaken.

Can I change my order once its been placed?

Providing your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, it may still be possible for us to amend this for you. Please reach out to us on femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com and we will our best to full-fill your request.

Can I cancel my order?

We’re confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you decide you no longer wish to keep your order – be sure to let us know ASAP via femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com and we can arrange for a cancellation and full refund (providing your order has not already been dispatched).

My order has arrived damaged/faulty?

Please accept our sincere apologies about receiving your parcel damaged. In order for us to rectify this could you please send over some images of the damaged/faulty product and a description to femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com

 

Delivery

 

My international tracking number isn't working?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with a link to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website. Tracking details usually become available after 24 hours (once the parcel has been scanned) so don't worry too much if details aren't immediately available. If for any reason your tracking number is showing as 'incorrect' - reach out to our team on femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com and we can look into this further for you!

Returns

 

What is your returns policy?

Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we sell, we abide by a strict hygiene policy which all customers must abide to in the event that they wish to return their order. More details on our policy can be found at the bottom of the page under Refund Policy.

I returned an order but haven't received my refund?

All refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt, once your item(s) have been quality checked. Dependent on your card issuer, the refund may take a further few days to allocate as a recent transaction on your online banking or statement. Feel free to drop us an email at femmebeautyhelp@gmail.com if your refund has not been received after 14 working days.
