Femme Beauty offer the below delivery services in the United Kingdom:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked from £2.70

Royal Mail Tracked 2nd Class/ 48 aims to deliver your item in two to three working days and includes full online tracking so you can monitor the items progress.

Deliveries aim to be made within 2-3 working days* (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) e.g. If you order on Wednesday, your goods should be delivered by the following Wednesday.

Femme Beauty & Royal Mail will try to process and deliver your item as quickly as possible but as a small business please bare with us during busy periods.

If you are not around to take delivery and the package doesn't fit through the letter box, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery to be processed on the next working day.

International Tracked & Signed items are tracked in the UK and overseas. You can view progress of your item online right through to delivery.

International Delivery aim is 5-10 working days**

**Please note that for international deliveries we cannot control customs & processing times in the receiving country and this may take longer than the aim of 5-10 working days. Femme beauty is not responsible for delays in the receiving country once the item has left the U.K. and has been received by the external shipping provider.

My order still hasn't arrived?

If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we’ll do our best to help you and resolve any delivery issues.

A parcel is not classified as lost until 30 working days has passed from the estimated delivery date.
